The Paris Photographer is a collective of passionate, English-speaking couples photographers and videographers dedicated to one thing: capturing your love story against the most beautiful backdrops in the world. Having photographed more than 5,000 couples since 2013, they know that your dream isn’t just to “have your photos taken”, it’s to finally have those breathtaking, frame-worthy images that capture the way you truly feel in this city. Whether it’s the soft light of a Trocadéro sunrise or a hidden cobblestone street in Montmartre, they strive to do more than just show up with cameras: they are excited to meet you, to guide you, laugh with you, and ensure that the most beautiful souvenirs you take home are the ones where you look and feel your absolute best.

A couple photoshoot in Paris with The Paris Photographer costs from €214 for a 30-minute Eiffel Tower mini session, from €300 for 1 hour (20 edited photos), or €375 for 1.5 hours (30 edited photos, two locations). Every session is private and fully guided, your proofing gallery arrives the same day, and all prices include VAT — no hidden fees. The time, length and location are up to you — tell us your story and we’ll plan the shoot around it.

Couple photo shoot prices start at €300 for a one-hour session, including 20 edited photos chosen from a gallery of 200–300 images. Our most popular package is the 1.5-hour shoot from €375, with 30 edited photos and a second nearby location. Every session is private with your own Paris couple photographer, with no hidden fees, and your proofing gallery arrives right after the shoot.
The Paris Photographer offer Paris photography services for all kind of occasions: proposal, engagement, pre wedding, wedding, honeymoon, anniversary and just for fun couple photoshoots. By the way, besides couples pictures, they are also a Paris family photographer.

The most important thing for your couples photoshoot in Paris is that you feel comfortable. This is why we recommend to wear something that reflects your personality. If you are booking a shoot longer than 1 hour, feel free to bring another outfit to change into! Our main advice would be to coordinate your outfits – not matching, but making sure there’s no clashing colours or prints. Check out our PHOTOSHOOT OUTFIT guide for more tips!

Depending on the time of year, you’ll want to bring an extra layer to keep warm between shots and whilst travelling to different locations. If possible, guys, wear an extra layer under your shirt, and girls, wear thermal leggings if you have a long dress or skirt.
Props are a great addition to your photos too! Balloons, a hat, a bottle of champagne, a flower bouquet… something truly YOU that is meaningful to your relationship. If there are any specific inspiration images you want to recreate, make sure you have them on your phone to show us. We discuss photo shoot logistics and we answer all FAQ on the Paris photo shoot guide. Just come ready to have a great time!

Decide what your favourite time of year is, how you want the city to look in your photographs and base your choice on that! There are advantages to every season, and Paris looks beautiful all year round…

In summer you are almost guaranteed blazing sunshine, but our morning shoots begin at 5.45AM. Paris is magical in winter (you may even get snow!) and we start later (nearer 9AM) however it can get very cold so think carefully about what you wear. Here is an example of a winter shoot in Paris. The city in April is known for the gorgeous cherry blossoms across the city but it is often busier. You can see an example of spring engagement shoot in Paris. In short, whichever season you decide has its advantages and your images will be wonderful regardless of the weather – because it’s YOU at the centre, not the weather!
YES! We LOVE surprise proposals, especially Eiffel Tower proposals and we can help you plan your dream Paris proposal perfectly.
Head to our Paris proposal photographer page to find out more about marriage proposal services.

Paris is a very popular city to visit, so it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by all the choice. We’d love to recommend you hotels and restaurants – just get in touch! We also recommend makeup artists, hair stylists and someone to supply balloons and flowers ahead of your Paris couples photo shoot. There are also so many romantic things to do in Paris.
