BOOK AN ARTIST & Package
Photographer & videographer. Choosing the right artist for your Paris photo shoot is essential for beautiful pictures. Each professional photographer in the team is based in Paris, speaks English and has been trained and certified by Fran Boloni – The Paris Photographer. Our packages are designed with an hourly rate in mind. In 1 hour we typically cover 1 main location. Within that hour, we move in several spots of that main location. Add as many hours as locations you wish to shoot in.
Before going to the second step, slow down a little bit. If you are feeling overwhelmed, it’s normal.
There are many possibilities for artists, locations, outfits, etc.
For this reason, we have created a short and simple quizz, to help you decide on the number of outfits and locations.

ENJOY THE PHOTOSHOOT
The truth is, you feel much more comfortable when you work with a friendly photographer. Feeling comfortable leads to better pictures. We capture that energy in our photos. We’ll help choosing the locations, give you tips to pick attire and recommend you vendors to make your photos even more beautiful (balloons, flowers, etc).

CHERISH YOUR PHOTOS
Immediately after the photo shoot, we’ll send you a proofing gallery containing all the images that we captured. You can select your favorites, that we’ll then edit. After a week, your edited Paris pictures will be delivered through an elegant online gallery. You can download them, share them, create amazing prints and albums. This way, your photos will live forever.

You will receive the proofing online gallery the day of your professional photo shoot in Paris. This gallery contains all the images that we create together and they allow you to select your favorites.

YOU HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER WHAT IMAGES ARE EDITED
We usually take 300-400 photos per hour because we are having so much fun and we prepare perfectly. You will have the opportunity to select which photos to edit, the ones you love the most. However, if you’d like to have more photos edited than the ones already included in your collection, we can edit as many as you wish.

YOU CAN HAVE ALL THE IMAGES FROM YOUR PHOTO SHOOT IN PARIS FOR A SMALL FEE
You like all the photos from your photo shoot and you’d like to have them all, without any editing. This collection allows you to download all the images taken on your photo shoot, in high resolution and print ready. Depending on the duration of your shoot, the price for this collection varies.

NIGHT PHOTOS ARE AMAZING
If you’d like to have a photoshoot in Paris at night, it is useful to know that we hire an associate who helps us with external lights and keeps our belongings secure. This is why the night photo shoots require an additional associate fee.

BLACK AND WHITE IMAGES ARE PURE ART
Paris is timeless and black and white images are iconic for the most beautiful city in the world. If you wish to have your photos in Black and White also, we have a solution for you.

MAGIC HAPPENS IN EDITING
Post-production will be applied on every photo delivered. This involves contrast enhancing, colors improvement and that personal touch specific to The Paris Photographer.
We don’t offer photo manipulation services, meaning removing or adding objects to an image.

PHOTOS IN THE RAIN ARE MORE ROMANTIC
Weather is Paris is whimsical and unfortunately something that we can’t control. When it rains in Paris, it is usually a light, intermittent rain and we can still take photos.
Want to know the best part ?
There will be less people around and your photos will look much more romantic. Now, if the weather is bad on the day of your Paris photo shoot then we will try to find covered locations or try to re-schedule your photo session for an earlier or later date.

YOU DON’T WANT TO BE LATE TO YOUR PHOTO SESSION !
We understand that in the summer months the early starting time can cause lateness, as well as during the autumn and winter months, the late starting time can be influenced by the city traffic. To anticipate, please allow enough time to arrive on the meeting spot with your photographer. In case you are late, we will not extend the Paris photo shoot to recover the time lost because of your late arrival. In any case, make sure to send us a text message or give us a phone call to let us know that you are late.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ?
We very rarely cancel a Paris photo shoot. The way our booking process works is that once you have signed a contract with us, you have reserved a specific date and time for your photo shoot. This means that we will refuse every inquiry for that starting time. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know up to 5 days prior to the shoot and you can get a full refund of your retainer.
We can also try to reschedule your photo session in Paris for an alternative date, if your and our schedule allow it.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING ALONG WITH US ?
Our goal is to move around the city as easily as possible, so it would be smart to bring only the necessary belongings, like your different outfits. A pair of comfortable shoes is a great idea, to change from your gorgeous stilettos and walk comfortably from one location to another.

HOW DO WE GET AROUND THE CITY ?
Paris is definitely a walkable city. And some Paris photo shoot locations are close to another (for example walking from Trocadéro to the river Seine takes 5 to 10 minutes). However, for most of the main locations it’s better to use UBER or TAXI. The prices are similar for both transportation means. We prefer UBER most of the time for it’s easiness to use and for not needing to carry cash on you. You do need an Internet connection to use your UBER app. By the way, use the following code if you are new to the app to get a free first ride: ubertheparisphotographer.
The only times when we prefer taking a taxi is during the rush hour times (9AM and 6PM) when the taxis can use the BUS lanes and can be more efficient in the traffic.
Renting a car for your photo shoot in Paris is not a good idea, because you will spend a lot of time finding a free parking spot and even walking from a parking space to the photo locations takes time.

DO I NEED TO BOOK A CAR FOR TRANSPORTATION ?
Hiring a car for transportation is a great idea for multi hours Paris photo sessions, not only for your wedding day. The advantage is that you can leave your different outfits in the car and you can also change in the car, especially if it is a van. Just let us know if you’d like to have a car and we can put you in contact with our professional drivers in Paris.
